As one of the premier CPA and Consulting Firms in Chicago, Baker Tilly is committed to driving equity and impact in underserved communities in Chicago. This meet and greet will allow for Partners and Leaders in the Audit, Accounting, Assurance, and Consulting Business Units to discuss their service lines, how they partner with sub-contractors, recruit a diverse workforce, support community and philanthropic efforts, and brainstorm potential opportunities for collaboration with MBE/WBE firms. 

Furthermore, firms will be able to share their capabilities, and potential opportunities for Baker Tilly to support their work and vice versa. 

Second, we will discuss recruitment at Baker Tilly, and how we can partner with these organizations to increase our diversity across each business unit. 

Lastly, we will discuss our philanthropic and community efforts, so that the organizations and their membership can understand how Baker Tilly gives back to our community.
