Roz Stuttley serves as Director, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) with Choose Chicago and the Choose Chicago Foundation. She leads their EDI strategic action plan which includes Choose Compassion ERG, education, training, business diversity and advocating for diverse talent pipelines within the tourism industry.
Holding a B.A. in Journalism, minor: Theater and dual certifications, Certified Meeting Professional and Certified Diversity Executive, Roz is a strategic planner, creative thinker, and inspiring change agent with over twenty years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry.
She is a member of Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) - Greater Midwest Chapter, and Co-chair for the Destinations International Social Impact Committee.
