As the entrepreneurial head of a civil engineering company I am in my lane - at the intersection of developing a business and site development. As a practitioner in the field of civil engineering for 20 years I bear witness that it pays to love what you do. 

I initially cultivated my training in civil sitework engineering at Sargent & Lundy, learning from seasoned engineers with 35+ years of industry experience, helping with, then ultimately leading, site design projects for fossil and nuclear plant sites under strict ISO 9001 quality controls. 

That experience served as a primer to the next 10 years where I've been working almost exclusively now on projects within Chicago and Cook County, learning the subtle intricacies of Chicagoland site development and growing the relationships required to be a well-rounded service provider to Real Estate Developers, Architects, and clientele of all types who aim to build.

 Constantly challenging myself to ever-sharpen my character, I like to engage with people and resources that keep me galvanized. Every project, every site, every relationship, provides a chance to learn something new and stretch a new muscle.
