A second-generation agent, Joshua grew up watching his mother build one of Allstate’s most successful agencies, inspiring him to carry on the tradition of providing peace of mind through trusted insurance solutions. Founded in Beverly on Chicago’s South Side, The Mercer Agency specializes in auto, home, business, life, and financial services, helping clients protect what matters most while planning for the future.
