Ismael, commonly known as Ish, is a transformative leader with deep roots in Chicago's corporate leadership circles as well as the budding tech startup ecosystem. He balances wearing several hats, with parenthood and family life being his north star.

Ish serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of PiggyBack Network (https://www.linkedin.com/company/piggybacknetwork), the parent-driven rideshare platform revolutionizing everyday commutes to school and youth activities. For nearly three years, PiggyBack has been making waves since winning runner up at University of Chicago's Institute for Justice (https://www.linkedin.com/company/institute-for-justice/) South Side Pitch. Ish placed third at Princeton Entrepreneurship Council (https://www.linkedin.com/company/princeton_pec) alumni showcase. Most recently, PiggyBack walked away with the People's Choice pitch winner for the 2023 TechRise Chicago (https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/techrise-chicago) Grand Finale.

While building the parenting platform of the future, Ismael continues to cultivate his professional and personal networks. He serves on multiple boards for non profits and continues to volunteer at various schools as well as serve as a mentor within several organizations.
