D'Andrea (Dee) Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Values Based Business Strategies, a consultancy specializing in Business Consulting and Executive Coaching. In parallel, she serves as the Chief Operating Officer and President of Halo Security Group LLC, a leading provider of armed and unarmed security services throughout the Chicagoland area. Halo Security Group has a proven track record of delivering top-tier security solutions for diverse clients, from high-profile events like NASCAR and the Democratic National Convention to day-to-day operational security needs.
Dee brings over 27 years of Corporate Executive and Business Experience, notably serving as a senior leader at JP Morgan from 1995 to 2020, where she oversaw teams across the Corporate & Investment Bank, Commercial Bank, and Asset & Wealth Management divisions. Her leadership spanned 15,000+ employees and included managing more than $80 billion in assets in complex sectors such as Securitized Products and Tax-Oriented Investments.
Her current role at Halo Security Group leverages this extensive leadership background, ensuring that the firm delivers strategic, high quality security services. Dee's core expertise includes operational strategy, risk management, and client engagement—skills she applies directly to Halo's mission of providing superior security guard services.
In addition to her security leadership, Dee is an active philanthropist and executive coach, holding an MBA from Purdue University, certifications in Diversity & Inclusion, and positions on three Non-Profit Boards. She serves as Board President for both Harriet’s Daughters and Halo ImpaQ, and as Treasurer for the Just The Beginning Foundation.
